Trust, Privacy & Organizer Payments

Ticketing that keeps control with the event owner.

ShoofTix is designed for live events where reservations, payments, ticket release, and entry validation need to be clear, traceable, and controlled by the organizer.

Privacy-first

We collect what the event needs, not more than the flow requires.

Direct payment flow

The organizer can receive and confirm payments directly.

Scanner-ready

Tickets can be checked at the door using live QR validation.

How ShoofTix works

A trust layer between guests, organizers, and entry teams.

ShoofTix is not only a public booking page. It is a reservation, confirmation, ticketing, scanner, and reporting layer for events that need more control than a simple checkout button.

Organizer-owned payments

ShoofTix can support direct organizer payment instructions such as Instapay, wallet, or bank transfer, so the organizer stays in control of receiving and confirming payments.

Receipt-based confirmation

Guests can send a payment notice or upload proof, while the organizer reviews and confirms the reservation before tickets are released.

QR ticket validation

Every confirmed ticket can be validated at entry using QR status checks such as valid, already used, cancelled, pending, or wrong event.

Organizer analytics

Organizers can understand reservations, paid vs pending seats, check-ins, no-shows, expired holds, occupancy, and payment confirmation progress.

Policy-based ticketing

Every event can have its own rules.

ShoofTix can support public events, private events, parent-only access, free package seats, paid extras, manual approval, and controlled release of digital tickets.

Parent-only or invite-only access01
Maximum seats per mobile number02
Free package seats and paid extra seats03
Hold timers before payment confirmation04

Privacy summary

We use event data to operate the event, not to complicate it.

The exact data required depends on the event setup. A small studio recital may need only a mobile number and selected seats. A larger theatre event may need payment proof, QR validation, guest status, and organizer audit logs.

Guest details

Name, mobile number, email, or identity fields required by the event flow.

Reservation data

Selected seats, hold status, confirmation status, timestamps, and ticket history.

Payment proof

Receipt image, payment notice, transfer reference, or organizer confirmation status.

Entry logs

QR scan result, scan time, entry status, and validation notes for event security.

Security & access

Organizer access should be limited, clear, and traceable.

Organizer pages can be configured per event, so each event team sees the tools they need: reservations, payment notices, confirmation controls, QR tickets, scanner status, and operational analytics.

Access by role

Future organizer dashboards can separate owner, payment reviewer, scanner team, and admin permissions.

Operational visibility

The organizer can see what is held, paid, pending, confirmed, scanned, cancelled, or expired.

Event analytics

ShoofTix can provide insights on sales progress, check-in rates, seat occupancy, reservation timing, and no-show patterns.
